I am Jury, with lots other cool people together, and Workshop-Trainer for the Comicstars.de Contest. The winner gets tenthousend euro and the chance to publish a Manga at Knaur. Cool ne?

I was asked 2005 to build up the new Manga-Section for the Schwarzer Turm-Verlag, together with the owner Michael Möller. After long months of searching and thinking and endless talking we came up with the first volume of PAPER THEATRE. Many Artists begann in this Magazine. Some of them are pretty famous today. Many work now for Tokyo Pop. PT was always planed as a Starting-Platform, and as you can see, its worked just fine.

:Manga-Workshops for Kids.

I am doing workshops for the Berliner Bibliotheken Verbund from time to time. Mostly for special invited School-classes. The Kids are between 10 and 17 years. Sometimes their bring also some younger Kids. The Workshop is managed directly with the Libary and the Teachers together - so for the Kids its still part of the Schooltime - but with lots of fun!^^
